What is the history of the Los Angeles Mayor's Prayer Breakfast?
  • Since 1973, when Mayor Tom Bradley asked area pastors to meet with him in prayer for the city, civic and religious leaders have gathered annually to celebrate God's blessing and seek His guidance and protection for our city and her leaders.

May I set up a booth or table to distribute literature for my business, church or non-profit organization?
  • No. We ask that no one use the Breakfast as a place to promote their church or ministry, no matter how worthwhile the cause.

Where do I park?
  • Valet parking at the Bonaventure is available for the Prayer Breakfast price of $18 with validation. The City National Plaza parking garage offers a discounted rate for the event ($10 with validation).
